Embermitre has released a new app called pixolor to the play store. I have always waited for a live color picker app to be created on my android phone, but finally my cries have been heard by Embermitre.
Pixolor is a circle floating eyedropper over your apps showing the zoomed view of the underlying pixels, including color information and coordinates of the central pixel.
To start you need to get the color of any pixel on your screen and you will immediately see the closest material design color. Pixolor will show coordinates of pixel, while dragging look for coordinates for size calculation.
Furthermore, you need to pinch to zoom in, apply fine panning using to fingers and later free to release a finger. After that hue wheel cool picker will generate color palette from the latest screenshot or even the latest circular zoomed section. By applying all this you will find it quite easy to operate.
Pixolor’s color picker will not update itself if the screen behind it changes. This is quite helpful since it will prevent you to update the screen accidentally.
Sadly, people with iphone will have to be envious since this awesome technology can not be operated on ios. But i hope in due time, this will be changed.
The app also shows ads after an initial ads-free period. However, you have an option to disable ads by making a small one-time in app payment via $1.99 in -app purchase. With this information, download this awesome app and experience it.
